For our client, we are seeking for a Head of Global Client Success Operations (m/f/d). Our client delivers the predictable success that allows the data-driven marketer to reach all of their search and content marketing goals. They make this possible with their comprehensive portfolio of data, software, and services that combine the sustainable success of organic with the predictable returns otherwise only achievable by investing in paid media. They work for marketers who rely on search and content performance to drive revenue and elevate their brands. The Global Head of Client Success Operations(m/f/d) will drive the future approach of servicing clients from high touch models to self-learning activities, align the regional teams and set the Client Management Organization up for scale and regional expansion. The role reports directly to the CRO and is part of the Global Sales & Services Leadership Team consisting of the Heads that lead the Regions or a Global Function.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • The Global Head of Client Success Operations plays a pivotal role in setting the strategy for Client Management and improving the NRR (main KPI)
  • Take ambiguous and complex business problems and using research, customer data, business assessment capabilities, define the problem, drive innovative ideas, define the opportunity set, and recommend actionable next steps
  • Owning the eLearning Team and create Self Learning Capabilities that ensure efficiency improvements for the operational teams and help our clients getting experts in our platform and supporting them in growing their expertise in SEO and Content Marketing
  • “Solutioning” is fundamental to the Global Head of Client Success Operations role – critical responsibilities will include assisting the Regional Client Success and Account Management Teams, Product, and the Senior Management team with discovery, analysis and ultimately the recommendation of strategic solutions for retaining and growing revenues out of our existing clients by delivering exceptional value to our clients
  • Designing workflows for our Client Success Management Systems and Processes
  • Build workflows and dashboards that analyze client data
  • Implement new playbooks and changes to existing playbooks
  • Define and evolve client health scoring and reporting

Ihr Profil

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Management Leadership Position
  • Minimum 8 years of experience working in B2B or Enterprise Software
  • Used to manage direct and indirect reporting lines
  • Proven success as strategic advisor
  • Experienced in working in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; dynamic in presenting ideas to operational team members and Management from VP to C-level
  • Analyze, structure, and finding actions in data. You accept that data overrules opinion
  • Broad knowledge of technology trends and relevance to client’s businesses
  • Advanced understanding of eLearning
  • You understand how to design and implement strategies and processes for scale
  • You can lead cross departmental initiatives, take ownership, give people a why and get their buy in
  • A strong passion for Client Success is a must
  • Preferable working out of our Office Locations (Berlin, London, Chicago, San Mateo)
  • Your languages: English is mandatory, German is of advantage
