Hannes Sommer, Managing Director of Sinceritas, has worked closely with well-known pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies for several years and has accompanied major transformations into the digital age. In doing so, he not only responded to the changing environmental conditions, but actively shaped the professional profiles of the future together with his clients.
Prior to joining Sinceritas, Hannes Sommer was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company within the healthcare sector. He studied business administration and holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
Katharina List has been a part of the team since 2017 and leads the Business Development department. She is responsible for Sinceritas' brand and external appearance and advises (potential) customers on addressing their personnel challenges. She is also constantly looking for new ways to improve and expand our service portfolio.
She has a university degree in Business Administration, Economics and Sinology and a Master's degree from the Copenhagen Business School with a focus on Management of Innovation and Business Development.
Inga Strache has been working at Sinceritas since 2018. As a Business Unit Lead, she has been working with various customer companies in the healthcare and life sciences sectors for several years. The scope of her successful collaboration ranges from physicians and psychotherapists to experts in biocompatibility and radiochemistry.
The foundation of her broad knowledge base was laid by her dual studies in Health Management, which she completed at a consulting firm for health care providers.
Anja Ries has been working at Sinceritas as a Senior HR Consultant since 2021 and leads her own Business Unit Team.
Her 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and subsequent university study of Social Economics with a focus on Political Economy form the foundation of her work at Sinceritas.
Her consulting partners range from life sciences start-ups to traditional pharmaceuticals and clinics to companies in the healthcare sector.
Linus Bresse, since 2021 Business Unit Lead in the Recruiting department of Sinceritas, has been working with established companies and life sciences start-ups for several years, focusing primarily on positions in marketing and sales and technical areas. Before, Linus Bresse was a management consultant at a reputable Düsseldorf-based recruitment agency and was responsible for the Hamburg location.
He studied Political Science at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel and lives with his family and two dogs in Kiel, Schleswig-Holstein.
