Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

Within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing, one of our recruiters supports you in your day-to-day HR tasks (e.g. administrative tasks, applicant management, conducting interviews, managing the applicant process) or in special projects remotely or at your site. The recruiter becomes part of your HR team. Due to the industry-specific knowledge of our recruiters, they fit seamlessly into your company structure. You can decide flexibly on the tasks as well as the number of hours and the period of time.

This makes sense, for example, if you need additional support in your HR team at very short notice, want to fill many positions within a very short period of time, or the company does not have the capacity to conduct a detailed interview and/or onboarding process with new employees.

Our experts can then work for our customers until the relevant processes and resources have been established internally. In this way, companies can start recruiting very quickly and efficiently while building up the necessary long-term structures themselves. Costs are easy to plan thanks to fixed daily rates.

Your Need

In a short phone call you will get to know us better and at the same time we will get an overview of your personnel challenges. We will discuss the details of the cooperation, including time horizon, number of hours and first possible tasks.

Briefing

If you decide to work with us, we will arrange an initial meeting with our recruiter. You introduce us to your corporate culture and the team structure and we then also discuss in detail the tasks that could arise.

Start of cooperation

The recruiter will work remotely as part of your team on the agreed days and times, and on-site if required, supporting you with the tasks you have assigned.
