Within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing, one of our recruiters supports you in your day-to-day HR tasks (e.g. administrative tasks, applicant management, conducting interviews, managing the applicant process) or in special projects remotely or at your site. The recruiter becomes part of your HR team. Due to the industry-specific knowledge of our recruiters, they fit seamlessly into your company structure. You can decide flexibly on the tasks as well as the number of hours and the period of time.
This makes sense, for example, if you need additional support in your HR team at very short notice, want to fill many positions within a very short period of time, or the company does not have the capacity to conduct a detailed interview and/or onboarding process with new employees.

The recruiter will work remotely as part of your team on the agreed days and times, and on-site if required, supporting you with the tasks you have assigned.
