Sinceritas is your headhunter for internists
The specialist in internal medicine is also called an internist. In general, internal medicine deals with diagnostics and treatment of internal organs. In order to acquire the title of specialist, physicians must complete at least 60 months of continuing education after their licence to practise medicine (state licensing). Because the field of internal medicine is so complex, there are internists who subsequently specialise in various areas.
Medical expertise
Finding the right medical expert is challenging for the hospital, the practice or the life sciences industry. We set value to concretizing your ideas in initial interviews. Our employees are experienced and medically trained. In addition, further training, for example by attending trade fairs, is critical to us. You can therefore rely on our expertise.
Internal medicine in distinction to other specialities
Many internists, as well as general practitioners, establish themselves in a family practice. The internist also performs prevention of diseases and aftercare or rehabilitation. The general practitioner, however, remains the primary contact for the patients.
Internists can work both conservatively (treatment through medication or physical measures) and invasively (violating the integrity of the body). The distinction of internal medicine from surgery as an "external" medicine was and is therefore discussed by some physicians. In this context, various invasive procedures in internal medicine (for example, in cardiology) are an apparent competitor to surgery.
The progress of minimally invasive techniques due to the growing influence of AI (artificial intelligence) will intensify the discussion here. Tiny robots are already being used to try out applications from the inside without surgery. Internal wounds could be healed in this way. Not to mention the changes that are already being applied in surgery itself. Keyword: augmented reality or telemanipulation.
But apart from these future scenarios, the borderline to other fields such as radiology and neurology is already fluid. In smaller hospitals, positions are sometimes filled by one person.
Professional Search
To fill such a position, the person sought must not only have extensive knowledge, but must also be able to fit into the hierarchy of the hospital as a specialist under the senior physician. So, it is also the soft skills that we are looking for. We have a database of more than 450,000 contacts. From these contacts, we filter the suitable candidate for you in the shortest possible time using an algorithmic search. You are welcome to contact us!
