Performance recruiting is the classic supplement to executive search. We place ads on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google. Through various A/B tests, we check which designs, texts and approaches work best and optimize the campaigns based on conversion rates and candidate feedback.
Candidates answer initial questions about their qualifications and desired position and are then contacted by our recruiters, usually within 10 minutes, for an initial interview. If the candidate fits to an open position of one of our partners, we forward the candidate's resume or a short report.
Speed is of the essence in this process. Therefore, we also expect this from our partners. We expect a quick contacting of the candidate as well as a quick meeting after our forwarding.
