Sinceritas is your headhunter for Senior Physicians
Cardiology diagnoses and treats diseases of the cardiovascular system (cardiovascular diseases), i.e. the heart and its surrounding blood vessels. It is a branch of internal medicine.
A chief physician is the head of a clinic within a hospital or medical care center. Subordinate to him or her are the senior physicians, specialists and assistant physicians. This position has a great deal of personnel responsibility, which is coupled with a high administrative workload.
Executive search for leading positions
To find the right chief physician for your company or practice, we use a semi-automated, algorithmic search. In our database of over 450,000 candidates, we are also able to address soft skills. In the initial interview with our experienced employees, we specify exactly what you need.
Experience in a wide range of life science fields
Therapy is often accompanied by medication, even though invasive (cardiac catheterization) and interventional (balloon dilatation) procedures have expanded significantly. Through our experience in the medical field, we know the needs of hospitals as well as those of the pharmaceutical industry.
The fact that a chief physician can demonstrate years of practice in a hospital or medical care center means generally that he or she also has outstanding expertise to offer. Attracting a physician with this reputation for lectures is enormously lucrative for a pharmaceutical company. On the other hand, it is very important for a physician to be up-to-date with the latest research. Thus, a mutual cooperation and basis of trust has developed that can be profitable for both sides.
AI and robotics in cardiology
The future of cardiology lies in personalised diagnosis to better assess the right treatment. Supported by algorithms obtained through the use of AI, it will be possible to predict more individually and accurately which therapeutic successes can be expected. Diagnosis of coronary artery disease can be supported by software-assisted imaging. Robot-assisted catheter systems can be used to perform interventions with minimal invasive effort.
Tomorrow's chief physicians are aware of these possibilities.
Digital Search Engine
With our search, we also find future female chief physicians, because the proportion of women in this position is still only 13%. We encourage applicants to have the confidence to take on this position. In cardiology, as in other areas, there are too few applicants for chief physician positions. In order to survive in times of shortage of specialists, our personnel consulting is the right partner for you. Feel free to contact us through one of our channels, we will be happy to advise you personally!
